The history of NAZCA

The name NAZCA recalls the famous Peruvian plateau, where technically perfect lines create incredible drawings visible only from above. These markings metaphorically represent NAZCA’s ability to deliver services and manage resources from a global, elevated perspective.
NAZCA was established as a company specialized in environmental hygiene services. Over the years, it evolved to meet the changing demands of the market, expanding its offering with Facility Management services.
NAZCA made a significant leap forward by introducing innovative ICT solutions for real estate and establishing an internal Research & Development center. Here, specialists and developers collaborate to create new services focused on automation and business process monitoring.
NAZCA acquired a company with strong expertise in plant engineering and maintenance, marking a decisive step toward continuous process improvement.
NAZCA internalized additional technical know-how in the Property Management sector, moving toward a fully integrated and comprehensive approach to real estate service delivery.
NAZCA acquired a company specialized in the installation and maintenance of fire protection systems, further strengthening its ability to manage building services in an integrated way.
NAZCA launched its first international operations, expanding its presence abroad and positioning itself as a European-level operational platform.
NAZCA celebrated 30 years of activity by inaugurating its new Headquarters in Milan, introducing a new business line — Flex Space — and launching its own co-working model as an example of innovation and adaptation to market needs.
NAZCA continues its international growth with the launch of NAZCA Romania, the new branch dedicated to the Eastern European market.
